People worldwide are engaged in the effort to win the hearts and minds of lawmakers to grant medical exemption to sick and senior dogs and cats.
We are pet owners. We work with dogs and cats. We are shelter volunteers and part of rescue groups. You find us among breeders, dog and cat fanciers and veterinary professionals. You see us at field trials, doggy parks and anywhere people gather to share a passion for companion animals.
In some ways, each of us is an island, where we tend our personal part of a worldwide concern, the humane treatment and welfare of domestic animals. We are all connected in the spirit of genuine love for animals, but especially cats and dogs. And we are all united in the commitment to make their world, and by extension ours, a healthy, joyful and peaceful place.

Raw Fed CatsThis website has been compiled to provide information on the many
reasons why feeding a conventional diet of commercial food to domestic
cats is so ill advised, as well as to offer instructions and
suggestions on how to feed a natural diet of whole, raw, minimally or
unprocessed foods, that is modeled upon the kind of diet that our pet
cats’ wild counterparts and forebears have been eating for millions of
years. This diet is known as a
prey model diet.
